I researched and agonized for days over who I was going to have transport a car I purchased in Florida to my home state of Colorado. I ultimately decided to use Parker Trucking because of their excellent rating here at transportreviews.com (nothing less than 4 or 5 stars) and the fact that they are a contract carrier. The quoted price was in line with other quotes I had received from others and Joanne was very prompt in answering my questions via email. I am happy to add another 5-star review.

Once I agreed to ship, it took a few days for Joanne to assign a driver, and I was notified by email with the dates and the driver's contact information. The transport driver coordinated pickup with the car owner in Florida directly and the pickup was done on schedule. The car was scheduled to be dropped off on a Tuesday but I received a call on Sunday night that they were ready to deliver the next day, one day early, which was great. I contacted the driver first thing Monday morning and we arranged to meet at the dropoff location. Again, they were right on schedule and I appreciated the direct communication from the driver himself.

This was my first transport and it went flawlessly. If I ever have to transport again, my first call will be to Joanne and Parker Trucking. Thank you Joanne and team!
