Setup was easy and very clear. I tried one of those shipping bid sites first but all the bids were $300-400 higher. Their price was the lowest I could find. They called my back with the pickup time sooner then expected too.

Driver kept me up to date on his status and the exact delivery date. Car was delivered without damage. I will be calling them again if I need a car transported.

I also liked the fact that they assigned me a single point of contact which is a good form of customer service you don't find very often these days.
