My previous review was on the carrier and not the M2 Reeves staff. Laurie was great! She was personable and informative. She promptly returned my calls whenever she was unavailable and was flexible to the fact that I am a student with a hectic schedule. She made the entire process smooth and easy. Please disregard the previous review that was not in anyway reflective on the stellar service provided by the actual M2 Reeves staff. She quoted me $851 which was a great deal compared to other quotes I had received to ship my car from Los Angeles to DC. She promised to get my car to me safe and sound and keep me updated along the way... and she did JUST THAT! My car arrived a bit dirty ue to traveling cross country, but it had no damage. Laurie made the entire delivery and payment process comfortable and hassle free! She also made good notes because whenever she was unavailable, someone was still able to help me. She was also great at returning my calls and leaving detailed messages whenever I was in class. Overall, Laurie was understanding, informative and patient.
