I had never used the auto transport service before. Nor had I ever heard of it. I was introduced to Auto Transport through a friend of my mother's whose son was familiar with the service. I had my car transported from Cincinnati, OH, to Dallas, TX. I was told where to drop the car off. The driver of the truck was in constant touch with me and consistent with pick up and delivery time. My car was delivered 24 hours after pick up from Cincinnati, OH, to Dallas, TX, and it was in the same condition it was in before pick up in Ohio.

The driver was friendly and courteous. He did not alter from his plan of action, and when his battery ran low on his cell phone, he took the initiative to use his partner's cell phone to keep me posted on the expected time of arrival.

As far as the staff who handled the paperwork, they were great even though I was placed on hold for rather lengthy time due heavy call volume. I would definitely use your service again if need be in the future, and would recommend that others use it as well.

I found the pricing to be cost effective, and the staff overall quite professional and efficient.

Thanks a bunch for getting my car to its' destination safely.
