I chose M2Reeves to ship my vehicle because they followed up on their initial quote and seemed genuinely interested in gaining my business. Of all the companies that responded to my request for a price to ship my vehicle, only M2Reeves stayed in contact with me during the weeks after my first request for a quote. When they sent me an e-mail offering a reduction if I paid in advance, I decided to contract with them to ship my truck. The quotes I received ranged from $418 to over $1300 for essentially the same service, so at $679, M2Reeves wasn't the cheapest, but they did seem the most trustrworthy of the companies I spoke to. I had never shipped a vehicle before, so when I got quotes that varied so widely, I decided to learn a little more about the business. After some research, I decided that a company whose price was in the mid-range represented the best value. While I would always like to use the lowest bidder, I know from my thirty years in the contracting business that the price has to be equitable if you want profesional service. When I evaluate a company, the primary question is whether or not I would do business with them again, should the need arise. If I need to ship a vehicle in the future, I would definitely contract with M2Reeves again. I was very pleased with the service, and their staff was always courteous and helpful.
