This was my first experience shipping a car. My primary contact person, Samantha, was generally very nice and responsive. Everyone I spoke with was generally cordial and polite. My vehicle was late and Samantha worked hard to assure me that she would do everything to make sure my car arrived and would negotiate a reduction in the fee from the carrier. They were all at some point assisting in the effort to track my vehicle, a total team effort.
