Used M2Reeves to ship car to son in US Army

This being the first time I've shipped a car, I was very apprehensive about the whole process, especially after reading many terrible transport reviews and horror stories on the internet. I obtained a number of quotes from different companies and read the transport reviews on this website. As far as the quoted cost they were all in the same price range as M2Reeves (some higher, some lower), but none of the others had so many positive reviews. I decided to have M2Reeves transport the car to my son who is in the Army in North Carolina. I had arranged for the standard pick up service (quote 7 - 10 days for pick up). I called at 3:00 pm on a Thursday to arrange for pick up and they said they would begin working on a transport truck. They called me back an hour later and said thay had a truck to pick up the car the next day. The driver was a few hours late and the pick up was a little strange, but nothing really unusual. They couldn't get the truck into my neighborhood so my wife had to meet him in an industrial area. Another woman with kids in the same area was having her car shipped, so my wife took the other family home after their drop off and the transport driver dropped my wife off at home and drove away with our car (talk about putting faith in a stranger). The transport went off without any difficulty (we even had to change the person authorized for pick up at the destination during the trip as my son's duty status changed). The car was quoted to arrive in NC about 9 days later and actually got there 3 days early - without any damage (they did have to meet the driver in a Wal-Mart parking lot a few miles from the base). Overall it turned out to be a very positive experiece. I need to now ship another car to my daughter in Delaware and plan on using M2Reeves again.
