Bottom line: Deceptive on pricing policies; otherwise fine. Pros: Friendly, Responsive & Timely. CONS: Thru either deception or incompetence, M2Reeves charged more than their quote. I was first quoted $825. When I inquired, by phone, about a military discount, I was told they would take off $25. That never happened. Further, to find out that the quoted price is only the cash price, one needs to read a single line in the terms and conditions. I did that and left cash for the driver with my representative at the origin site - only to learn, afterwards, that the driver only takes cash at the destination, not the origin. So, my designated agent had to put down the deposit amount on a credit card - and then the company charged me the extra 10% - even though my representative had cash ready. No one ever informed me about how to save the 10% at origin.
So, despite the positives mentioned at first, I would not deal with a company that I don't trust and I no longer trust M2 Reeves.
Finally, this review was required to obtain a $50 rebate and I had to ask once on the phone and once in an email for the link and procedures to obtain the rebate.
