There was a little gap in expectations and communication throughout the process but it was easily resolved. M2Reeves does care about customer service and they've addressed my concerns. Despite some minor hiccups in communication, Stacy got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and was friendly throughout the entire process. I'm satisfied enough that I'm using M2Reeves again.
