I had a good experience overall. The pickup was from a remote area of central New York, but it was not delayed (other shippers told me it would be). Stacy was consistently prompt and attentive in answering my questions, and when she was unavailable, others helped me out. This company gave me the least "sales pitch" - many others who offered me quotes offered lower prices on spec but then revealed how the final price would be much higher. I found M2Reeves gave me the right balance of price and reliability.
