I had a great experience working with m2reeves shipping company. Irma Tobar had worked on my case. She was a great person to work with. She presented herself in a very professional and friendly manner. I knew my car was in good hands. She kept me updated on every step of my process and answered any questions I had. She was very patient with me as this is my first time shipping my car across America. My car was picked up on time and it was arrived on its anticipated date. Irma called me to make sure if both the pick up and drop off went well. The car was returned to me in the same condition as it was pick up expect it was dirty. I expected that because I chosen the carrier to be open. I appreciate how this company is on top of their customer's service. Irma wanted to make sure I was happy with their business, and I am. I'm glad I went with this company. I will be sure to use them again when I need my car shipped. I will definitely recommend them to my friends as well!
