M2Reeves LLC. picked up our car promptly 1 day ahead of schedule. Sent e-mails of time-line for car delivery. Called California contact to notify of pick-up. Sent an e-mail to delivery address with date of arrival. There was some confusion at the very end of delivery concerning payment, exact delivery time on that day and who was delivering from Richmond VA. Received prompt and courteous help from California office about correct payment and that they would notify Richmond dispatcher about correct price. Car arrived on Friday afternoon once correct time was established. The final drop off went well after all confusion was clarified.
