Amy (My primary contact rep) from M2Reeves was super. The customer service and honesty that I received from Amy and fellow co-workers were outstanding. Even though my car wasn't picked up within the 10 day window, I understood that with the holidays and New Year it was going to take a little more time than usual. Amy was always very honest and would always answer my questions (which was many) and/or returned my phone calls whenever I was unable to reach her. I would definitely use their service again and would be highly recommended by me. Once again, thanks M2Reeves for making my move a fairly smooth one.
