Quick and easy. I found them online and scheduled the pick up. I gave them a window of dates to pick up and a a window to deliver. For example pick up (car is ready) by 11/15/09, deliver before 12/5/09. That is what we requested and that's exactly what we got. I had complicated directions for them. For example I wanted them to deliver the car to my neighbors, but instead of at their home they needed to deliver to the nearest Wal-Mart. I didnt even need to give them the directions or address to the Wal-Mart. I just gave my neighbors phone number and their driver handled it.
