The arrangements were made without incident or error. The pickup was scheduled efficiently. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The only oddity was I had to ask to find out how much to pay the driver, as this was not quoted in advance. Overall the whole activity was well orchestrated and to schedule. I was kept abreast of developments at all times.
