I found that getting a hold of the company was fairly easy. Most people i spoke with tried their best to do what they could in order to satisfy me. When I had some trouble with getting a hold of the driver customer service came in handy. The only issue I had with the company was that I was told my vehicle would arrive on a specific date, instead of in a window of days. This did pose a great inconvenience for me. However, there must have been some misunderstanding. Aside from this , I was treated fairly and was satisfied with the service. Thank you.
