M2Reeves personnel were very good. most of the transaction was done by email and the information exchange was very good. One minor concern was that i wasnt able to call on weekends as the office apparently was closed. This was a bit inconvenient as we approached the pickup day on a Mondayor Tuesday with a bit of uncertainty as to final schedule. The price was in my opinion very fair, much lower than some others; while i had a few lower quotes i wasnt as comfortable with the credentials of those firms, after checking into them. i thought M2 Reeves had a good balance of cost and credibility.
