Submitted an online request for quote and after reviewing the feedback for several companies decided to use M2Reeves. Service seemed prompt and I was told car would be picked up on a Wednesday and transport time would be about 7 days. The driver called two days early and said he would pick it up that night. Didn't hear from him until the next morning but the car was off a day early. This was on Tuesday and driver said he would be there Friday so we had to scramble a bit and find someone who could meet the driver with a cashiers check since I was informed at pick up that the credit card I had given M2Reeves only covered their cut. Well Friday came around and no word from the driver so I called him and left a message. He called later that night and said he had changed his mind and would drop the car early next week. Early next week comes, no word from the driver, I call him and leave message, no return phone calls from either him or his office. Friday comes and he calls and tells me to meet him in 30 minutes. Wife was in a business meeting that she had to leave since we had no idea when or where he would show up. All in all it was a good price and the car arrived in a reasonable amount of time without damage. None of this is really the fault of M2Reeves since they are the broker but I would say that I was under the impression that this would all be going on a credit card. The fact that I had to find someone in a strange town to meet a driver at an unspecified time and place with a cashiers check is very stressful and I would have loved to have known a little more a head of time. I know they say that they only charge a "deposit" once the car is picked up and then they charge once the car is delivered. But I guess if you are in the car shipping business you would know that and know that I do know that I will probably never have to ship a car again.
