The customer service was very helpful and at first told me it can take a few days to find a car carrier. I was supprised when they sent the carrier to pick up the car on the same day I called: now that is good service! The driver of the car carrier was very polite and made sure to take good care of the car when it was on the truck. Overall this was a very good experience and I would use this service again and recommed it to friends.
