We received excellent customer service. The service agent was very patient and answered all the questions. She was able to explain the procedures of the company and assist us when needed.
We would have preferred to be able to make a reservation much earlier; however we were informed that the company only takes reservations 14 days in advance. Nonetheless, the service agent was a true advocate and helped us coordinate our reservation so the car would be picked up in a timely fashion.
