Overall the service provided by this company is good. The representatives on the phone are at times somewhat impatient or "short", but always knowledgable and reliable. The driver himself was great! He was actually a really funny and entertainig guy, being I wound up talking to him for sometime. The vehicle was delivered early after being picked up early also. I was somewhat concerned on how the driver would interact with my younger brother who may have a harder time dealing with the technicalities of the pick-up, but no problem at all! Obviously, it was in good condition and everyting that was supposed to be there, was. I actually would have prefered to drive my vehicle form Colorado to Arizona, but time constraints did not allow me to. This was a great alternative and easy to work out being that representatives are available on the weekends also. If you take into consideration the amount it would have cost me to get a plan ticket, buy gas and get lodging it is about the same price as utilizing this servie. If I could change one thing about the company it would be the demenor of the employees on the phone...but that would be about it. Everything else was satsfactory.
