The service provided by your company and especially by KATIE was excellant. Every time I needed to speak to someone I recieved good information and prompt call backs. I was especially impressed when the owener, Mr. Reeves, called me the first evening tosee how things were going. So I would recommend you folks and use you again.

Now, I will tell you what didn't go well. The driver was terrible. He was impossible to communicate with. He had bad english and was very uncooperative on the phone. He was always wrong in his time estimates, but I can understand that those predictions are hard to make. But when my wife and I tried to make things easier on him and us by delivering at my work, he totally disregarded instuctions. It would have saved him a couple of hours, but he just wouldn't listen.
