the initial contact was great. the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. they called and checked everystep of the way to ensure that i was satisfied. they even gave a number to directly contact them. i took their quote and shopped around. their price was very fair compared to other company. in short, if i had to transport my car again i definitely would go through them again.
