Katie was great to work with from a customer standpoint. She was up front and always available for any questions or concerns. The brokerage company called us the morning that they arrived and told us that they would be there in 1 hour. Unfortunately, we have no bank in the area so we had some issues getting a money order for such a large amount so quickly. The drivers from the brokerage company were very helpful, very curteous, and very customer oriented.
