Mariah was my contact at Reeves and my order number was 778060 at an overall cost of 685 shipping a BMW 335i convertible from California to Texas

The overall experience was good. I was disappointed that it took so long to line up a driver but upon contact the broker dropped their precentage to make it happen. I also chose to invest a little more to the dirver to get the car picked up.

It took 11 days from the time I placed the order for the pickup to be made and the confirmation of pickup only came 24 hours before. Transit took 4 days. The actual drop off time was 3 hours later than expected but the driver parked his truck a mile away and drove the car to my residence for drop off which was great customer service. The driver was professional and courteous.

Due to the delay it was dark when the car arrived so inspection was difficult but the next day confirmed no visible damage during transit. The car had quite a lot of oil drippings from the car above and needed a good wash but that is understandable when you consider the method of transport and being on the lower level.

My only disappointment was the delay in confirmation of a pickup. The driver said he knew he was picking up the car a week before he did but I didn't know some one had been lined up until 24 hours before. That was a little stressfull as I was being charged a daily storage fee.
