I was extremely impressed with the service I received at M2 Reeves CarShipping, particularly with Mariah, the agent who helped me along the process. And due to the Memphis Police Impound lot the process was a very long ordeal. But Mariah and the driver David problem solved both with the impound fees levied on our car and the fact that the impound lot lost the car keys at some point (I'll never know when). They covered our fees and were able to go the extra mile and place the car on the transport vehicle even without the keys even though they were required. After the car was in their possession, the car was transported to my family's home in Florida without any problems. Every question I had was answered immediately and with a special touch that made me feel like I was talking to my neighbor next door.
