I love this company and Stacey McDowell!!! I had to find a dependable shipping company or broker for my dad's car to be shipped from TX to FL and had heard a lot of horror stories. My dad is 85 and his car is one of the few possessions he has that he cares about. I spent days researching shipping brokers and could not find any where the customer service people cared about my father as a person or answered my questions patiently and with good information. Though there are many brokers out there, the customer just becomes a number. When I came across M2Reeves and worked with Stacey McDowell, I knew I had found the right company for my dad. Stacey was very patient with me and answered my questions and went out of her way to find the right driver, best shipping times and method of pickup and delivery for my dad so he wouldn't worry. She has a great combination of being detail-oriented, customer-friendly, and knowledgeable about all aspects of shipping and transport. All of my dealings with the company have been great and my dad's car is in good hands. Thank you, Stacey, and McReeves for caring about my dad and his car and treating us both like important people who deserve to know how shipping a car works and making sure my dad's prize possession was protected and respected!!! You both are the best and I would use you again in a heart-beat!!!!
