They were great on the phone. I called 2 check on my order and they said it had only been 3 day when it was already 7. I had the email to prove it, but it did not matter. They found a good carrier named Hollwood Wheels. Andy their driver was excellent and went above and beyond. He was excellent. Picked up on the 11day after order and delivered on 12. I think that made up for our disagreement on the order date. Did not matter in the end. Thanks, Roger
