stacy was obviously bright. she was patient, persistent and thorough. she didn't make promises she could not be certain she could keep, but she did offer assurance and met my expectations; which aare typically quite high. the vehicle was picked up and moved in a timely fashion and actually beyond my expectations i would use this firm again and especially if stacy was the contact person.
