Shocking Customer service

It's been over 4 weeks from the time I agreed to have this company ship a F-150 truck from New York to Kansas. I have 10 e-mails confirming pick up dates none of which have been accurate. The company blames the driver for the delay. Both M2 and the seller of the truck agreed on a day for pick up but no-one called the seller on the day and the truck was not picked up. M2 blamed the dispatch for not calling. I then had to wait another 7 days as the seller was working shifts (I'm not blaming M2 for this). They told me the truck had been picked up on the Friday and would be delivered in Kansas on the following Monday or Tuesday. I then found out from the driver that the actual delivery date would be an additional 7 days on top of that original "estimate". M2's customer service person and sales manager both blame the driver and would not make any effort to compensate me for the delay in pick up and delivery. They simply tell me to "negotiate" with the driver - what chance have I of having my truck delivered if I try and "negotiate" a partial refund from the driver. M2 were even not keen to call the owner of the driver's company to negotiate on my behalf since I told them that they were responsible for brokering the deal to Pride Used Cars LLC and they would be tarnished with the same brush from an unhappy customer.

This was a case of one company blaming another and no one willing to step up and take responsibility. Unfortunately a case where they know the customer isn't likely to use a shipping company that often so what's the loss. Very disappointing way to do business!!
