I contracted through a broker for enclosed and expedited delivery. After pick-up in Texas by this carrier, the delivery route kept changing and I was told that my vehicle had to be transferred to another truck in Arizona. Next there was a detour to San Diego, then LA and a late evening arrival at the destination. When I took delivery next morning, my new car was absolutely filthy -- covered with dirt and several grease and oil stains on the exterior. Inside, the carpeting and upholstery was heavily soiled, especially on the driver's side. The car had to be completely detailed, inside and out. The delivering driver said that he hadn't "touched" the car and that the first driver must have gotten the car dirty when he transferred it in the middle of a dust storm in Arizona. The lack of care by the delivering driver and his accomplice seemed deliberate and malicious. I would never recommend this carrier to anyone.
