My primary contact for the movement of my 1985 Porsche 928 from Delaware to Ohio was Candice Bearse. I can not be any happier with the service, professioanalism and overall customer serice oriented appraoach by Candice and the trucking company that executed the move (Polar). The company contacts at Polar were also extremely professional and customer oriented. I received constant updates on the status of the pre-pickup activities, real-time pickup activity and followup on the results of the delivery. Polar and Candice were extremely helpful in aligning the delivery dates to accomodate my schedule. Polar actually stored my vehicle in their secure yard over the holiday and reloaded the vehicle for transport at no additional cost to me. Now that is customer service. I have had my experiences with less than professioanl orgaizations while conducting personal business. I give Candice and Polar my highest testimonial. Thank-you and expect business from me in the future and recommendations to all requiring transport services.
