I put an online request for quotes to pick up my Jaguar and take it to the dealer who is 100 miles away. Linear Transport was $100 or more less than the other quotes I received, so I decided to go with them.
What I appreciated the most was that I was kept totally informed by both email and telephone. I was given the driver's contact information a day before the scheduled pickup. The driver called me and we arranged a time and place for the pickup. We met at a large parking lot near my home since the car hauler was too large to bring to my house.
The driver was very courteous and helpful, and the whole process was easy. He delivered the car the same day to the dealer.
I can't think of anything that could have improved this transaction, and considering the cost savings and the excellent service I would certainly use them again.
