I was extremely skeptical about hiring an auto transport company due to bad experiences in the past. I explained my concerns to Steve ( at Lightening Auto Carriers) who was very empathetic. Steve took the time to explain the entire process to me and assured me a refund (Broker's fee) if my car transport did not go as promised. The actual transport company was Dollar Unlimited, Inc. out of Goshen, Indiana. My initial contact was with Emmy who was very pleasant and easy to talk to and work with. The drivers, David and Christine of Dollar Unlimited treated me like family. They were prompt, professional, and compassionate about my circumstances and extremely helpful. I am MORE than satisfied with the services, especially those of Dollar Unlimited and would use them again and refer them to anyone who needs car transport services.
