Hi Ernie. Thank you for your review, we appreciate all feed back. As a driver yourself, I am sure you are well aware that it is impossible to keep everyone happy. We do our best. In this particular situation, it was unfortunate that our initial encounter already started off on bad terms. You had a bad attitude, and just overall seemed to despise your job. It was poor judgement on my end to use your services to begin with, but since you were our only option at the time we thought it'd be okay to give you a try. We all have "bad days". Unfortunately for us,the customer himself complained about your services. He said you were rude and delivered his car 2 days late. Upon following up with the customer, we ended up having to refund our broker fee because he was extremely disappointed with your lack of professionalism. When I reached out to you regarding my broker fee, it wasn't a surprise to me that you were so rude and non responsive. Two weeks later, you finally ended up sending a check, but to the wrong address (Not our fault). After multiple attempts to reach you, you finally answered your phone and gave us a CC to process our charges. It is unfortunate that you sent out a check AND made a payment via CC, again not our fault. We will definitely not be using your services again. I am sure from reading our reviews that you can see we run our business with integrity and try our best to keep all of our customers satisfied and having drivers like you as an extension of our business is just not the way we operate.
