They were very thorough about the process, straight forward and gave me a discount to get closer to the lowest quote I had. They were honest about how it worked and gave me a price that would for sure get my vehicle shipped quickly without any run around with counter offers like you will deal with when some companies give you a very low offer. If the price sounds too good to be true, it's probably cause it is. These guys got it done, I only have them a 3 day window and the day I agreed to have them handle my transport it took them about 30 min to have me scheduled on a truck. The truck driver called me same day, super polite, asked if he could come pick it up a day early which I was fine with, he said no rush on that day, just whenever I was ready. Next day the driver called and said he could come Eben a day earlier again no rush just whenever I'm ready. I agreed and the next day at 1030pm the driver came and picked up my vehicle. He was polite and straight forward, very professional. Said I could call him anytime which I did, about 3 days into the transport. He said everything was good and he should be delivering to me by saturday. Friday morning I recieved a call from him to let me know he could actually deliver that night. 1 day early, that's huge in my book. Again showed up very polite and super professional. A+ service! I bring up the professionalism of this company quite a bit because the other transport company I was looking at was mercury auto transport which have me a super low quote, but after multiple unanswered calls, multiple unreturned calls I decided to pay the little bit extra for lightning to transport my car, which I'm very glad I did. It's a vehicle, you want everything to go smooth, which it did. Mercury finally contacted me the day I needed my car to be shipped, which it had already left. I told them I went with another transport company, like I told every other transport company that was contacting me. And the guy from mercury told me, oh our quote was lower, I guess you're fuckin rich asshole, then hung up. Nice right!? Yeah that quoted lower but told me the driver will counter, which I would need to counter. But to be honest, If that's the character he and his company had I wouldn't want them to transport my dirty underwear, non the less my car. With that being said, even if they are a little more, pay it, lightning auto is top notch, their professionalism and transparency put me at ease and they will be transporting my other vehicles at the end of the month.
