We had to move our pick up date at the last minute but they were very helpful. We were going to have to pay a second deposit because the carrier had already been set up but Matt was able to waive the deposit. After that there was a little difficulty finding another truck going to NC when we wanted, but after trying again for an extra $50 he got one right away. This was not too bad though as the original price was much lower than the competition. The car then arrived exactly when they said it would and everything went very smoothly.
