The entire process was very smooth Matt at lightning auto carriers call the day after I place the order and told me that they had a truck ready to pick up the car the next day, and the next day the truck was there. I would have appreciated more communication as to when the car would be delivered so I could better plan my week but all in all it was a satisfactory experience.
