We've used Lightning Auto Carriers twice now and referred them to a friend who has used them. She loved them as well and has also used them again. They stay in contact until transportation can be arranged. They always kept me updated on timelines, which are sometimes hard to gage. Weather, breakdowns, delays can all affect their ability to get a vehicle on a truck. I believe they are brokers. They work very hard to find you a driver that will fit your timeline. They are professional. I always felt like they were working as hard and as long as possible until my order was filled. The drivers are excellent. Communication with drivers is excellent. They may not be able to answer because they are on the road, but they would call me back in the evening and keep me up to date. They have always delivered on time. Be patient -There were sometimes access issues related to pick up and delivery. The carriers are large trucks and cannot get into every street safely. Ingress, egress and safety all need to be considered. But the drivers will go out of their way to accommodate you and make it as convenient as possible. I really like these guys. They were honest and hardworking. They always let me know my options. Would definitely use again.
