Nick was the representative I spoke with and I will say this was our first posative experience shipping our family car. He was very informative in explaining the industry and was straight forward with everything he told us. The driver was on time and even early on drop off (which was great because my wife was afraid of not having a vehicle to get the kids to school, practice, ect. I would recomend them and use them every year from now on.
