Every step of the process was made easy for me and very pleasant. having never shipped a car before I had no idea how to do it. The Sales rep was kind and understanding. The driver was professional and very kind, and when he dropped off my car i still had a rental. So he drove my car back to where I was staying and I drove the rental car, then I took him back to his truck. Very accommodating and eager to please. I would definitely use them again.
