I was initially dealing with another auto carrier company to get my SUV transported from Nashua,NH to Portland,OR. After getting the run-a-round from the first company and being lied to constantly, I took a call from Casey offering the services of Lightning Auto Carriers. With all the troubles I was having with the first company I was extremely skeptical and not even close to putting down another security deposit. Casey was patient with me, understood my frustrations, and explained what the other company was doing and why I was getting the results I was. I very hesitantly decided to go with Lightning. My SUV was picked up BEFORE they promised and delivered right on time. The driver was professional and polite (John). Casey was honest, straight forward and wealth of knowledge. It is a bit unnerving to have such a valuable asset like a car ins somebody Else's hands whom you have never met. These guys were honest, you can feel confident they will deliver on their promises. In what may be an industry with some less than straight shooters, Lightning Auto was honest, responsible and dependable. Thanks guys for doing a great job. And thanks Brad for getting my car where it needed to be. You will be getting my business again.
