Level One is a broker which means they find other transport companies to actually transport the vehicle. In my case, it was Auto Trans Experts LLC shipping my car in an enclosed carrier from Florida to Colorado. Camille from Level One was very courteous and prompt with her communications. The pick-up was a bit delayed but understandable with an enclosed carrier. The car arrived in fewer days than quoted. Unfortunately, during shipment, the car on the upper deck leaked oil onto the hood of my car. The driver tried wiping it off prior to arrival which left significant swirl marks on the hood of an otherwise flawless paint job. I contacted Camille with Level One and she had adequately and professionally addressed my concerns within two hours. I would recommend anyone shipping a high value/high quality car to use a car cover during transport. If I had purchased one ahead of time, this all would have been avoided and it would have otherwise been a totally positive experience.
