This was the first time I was using a shipping company. I contacted Camille many times via email in order to get my car shipped to me and have it preferably by Jan 9th or 10th but no later than Jan 14th. I start a NEW JOB IN A NEW CITY and I made this concern known to Camille. I NEVER once got a call from her. I called her a few times and one time she was borderline rude. She didn't do any CUSTOMER SERVICE to put my mind at ease. I wasn't told that they had 7 BUSINESS days to get the car booked until AFTER I put in my order and there was a $100 cancellation fee. I did all the research through this website as well as the BBB and on paper Level One looks good. DON'T BELIEVE IT!!! They were horrible. I would NEVER use them again and I surely won't be recommending them to anyone. I should have paid the $100 bucks on day 2 when I found out they lied to me. I may have my car by now and I wouldn't have had to shell out $160+ for a RENTAL CAR!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

This entire review is a lie. We didn't hide anything, we told the customer we needed 7 business days to assign a carrier. It is also in the Terms and Conditions that she read before she signed. Unfortunately 7 days wasn't enough because of the snow storm that hit both locations. We didn't charge anything, answered every phone call, every email. Actually the customer,Toniece Thomas sent me this email during the time we were looking for a carrier. We obviously blacked out her phone number. "Hi Camille, I wanted to touch base with you because I didn't want you to think I was being rude earlier today on the phone. I'm just very nervous that I'll be without transportation. I just felt like I was a little misled in the beginning during the quote process. You have been really patient with me and I appreciate you answering all of my questions. As soon a a carrier becomes available, please give me a call on my cell phone. It's 916-xxx-xxxx. I will be in transit to CO and won't be at the home number I originally gave you. Thank you again for all your assistance and again I apologize if I seemed to be a little witchy. Like I said, this is the first time I'm having to ship a car, I have no family in CO and I'm due to start a new job on the 14th. Any assistance you can provide with getting my car to CO before then would be greatly appreciated. Toniece"
