This customer was very rude. After I repeatedly told her I could not go any lower on the rate she kept insisting. She asked to talk to a manager. When I told her that I am the manager she got even more belligerent. When she started yelling I kindly told her that I didn't want to work with her and to please call another company. Lepke Auto Transport respects the right to refuse service to anyone that is disrespectful to our employees.
