Unreliable transport

I think these reviews are filtered while other reviews are more representative of Lepke business practices, I have never experienced the worst customer service in my life, He markets on fear mongering and is a liar, I think he leverages the BBB reviews or this site to get more business. I contracted with him because he told me my other choices were unreliable and my car would be left at the dealer -I think he was talking about himself. The car was picked up 3 days late and delivered 4 days after an adjusted date that corrected for the late pick up, he told me he did me a favor? No communication while in route – his communications is yelling. If you want to worry for two week and get yell at then he is you man. I asked for the car to be delivered in the Evening after 5pm- was told no problem - driver came at 10:20 am Monday and told me if I didn't meet him too bad for me, that was after said that the car would be delivered on the weekend.

I challenge you to read the reviews for Lepke on other sites, I am not the only one – they accurately describe his yelling, he is a hot head.
I ask him to forfeit some of his fee for:
1. Not arranging a timely pickup or communication with me about the transport,
2. Misrepresenting when the car would be delivered.
a. The carrier’s truck breakdown was on Thursday, he got the part on Friday but waited until Monday to deliver the car – the agent Lepke Auto Transport could have arranged alternative deliver for the last 100 miles
b. He told me I would get it over the weekend
3. Misrepresenting when the driver would deliver (I specifically requested after 5pm so I did not have to leave work) Driver came at 10 am "take it of leave it"

I think he would say anything to get his booking fee.
