to whom it may concern,
this whole transaction started on 11/06/2012. tobias @ lepke auto transport was very nice. communication was good. driver, pavel murzea of dnd express was good also in the beginning and through the delivery. when vehicle came it was raining and very overcast. driver was in a big hurry and i was excited to get the vehicle. because of this there was no paperwork exchanged, except for payment in cash. i did a very quick walk around of the vehicle and it seemed o.k. but it was very dirty from the trip. the next day the vehicle got washed. that's when i saw 2 dents on the passenger front fender. the selling dealer said that there wasn't any damage to that area or any other area for that matter. seeing that i received no paperwork, it seems that it got damaged between the dealer and my house. do the math. i have called and emailed both tobias and the driver. tobias emailed me back and said he would do some research on the matter and get back to me, he didn't. he advised me to call the driver. after nemerous calls and emails to the driver, i never got any response. i guess because i waited a couple of days to report this and the fact i didn't get any paperwork upon delivery, i'm just s_ _ _ out of luck. i've done 2 other out-of-state transactions and both went through without a hitch. this one not so much. where's the honesty nowadays???
