This was the first time we were shipping an auto through a carrier. We used various internet review sites to pick our company. Lepke Auto Transport came recommended with various good reviews, and they performed perfectly. The company, based in the Chicago area, located a driver to pick up our car in MA. They contacted us quickly and were able to load our car promptly. The driver came to pick up our vehicle, and was the same person who took it across country. He was polite and courteous, and communicated with us several times along to coordinate the delivery. The car was dropped off in CA earlier than originally quoted, which was very good for us. The car was well cared for, and arrived in the same condition as when we sent it out (which is what everyone is hoping for!). We would definitely use this company again, and in fact, have referred them to friends in similar circumstances.
