Apparently this customer doesnt know how this works, we are brokers sometimes the driver is nowhere near the pick up area and they request more money,this was told to the customer prior to the pick up, this customer is not to bright very hard to work with,he was rude and very vulgar to our dispatch dept,good luck to you,we dont need customers like this guy Marty
