I was bombarded with phone calls and emails. One company who gave me the highest bid insisted it would never be picked up for less. I responded to an email from this company and I'm so glad I did. Jim took the time to explain everything and how pricing is done. I liked that he said he did a hand quote and not computer generated. The first truck wanted more money and Jim said he'd work to find another. He called me back within 2 hours and my car was picked up that night for the original quote. The driver even delivered my car a day early. This was a positive experience and I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing a transport broker who went the extra mile.
